Just give me the phone back

My phone was handed in last month on the 17th for a quote to be repaired. Several weeks later, I got a quote for R4200.00 to fix the phone (more than it is worth), so I rejected the quote. I have been waiting for the phone to be returned. It took over three weeks, and I received an email saying that I could pick up the phone - I went into the store, and they have no record of the phone being there. Complete waste of time and money, and I think it is very unreasonable to keep a phone for 6 weeks that is not even being repaired.

I asked them to call and find out what is happening, and apparently there is nobody they can call - also, there seems to be over 300 phones in their backlog alone. On top of this, I asked them to note that when the contract is finished, that I will be porting the number - they said that they will not be logging that - so I would like that noted here.

Dont bother replying to this as you are simply going to send your standard stupid reply letter - I just want the phone back, and will be cancelling any and all accounts that we have with Autopage
