Cell c staff incompetent

Cell c have handed me over for a phone that was on 2 july 2011 in a armed
They r claiming an amount of over R4000.00 the collection agent cannot give me a statement and told me to call cell c which i did spent 10 mins on phone with no answer my daughter called off of her phone which is cell c they answer after 25 mins i am unemployed and cannot afford to spend long time on phone so I arranged with call centre to allow my daughter to contact them and they were to give her the information
This did not happen when my daught called they refused to give her the information

I will not pay anything that nobody can tell me what I am being charged for
Cell C is useless and staff are incompetent and arogant
