In JUne of 2013 I paid up two of my contracts and Shahieda at Cell C Kenilwirth centre sent my cancelation letters to Cell c's relevant department.

Now I get letters and rude phone calls (one agent telling me to not waste her time and just pay) from cell c informing me that I still need to pay - R300.00.
this matter has been investigated by Shahieda at cell c Kenilworth and still the matter has not been resolved Catherine Mokgatle and Patrick Mphuti have also been dealing with this matter and still no feedback.

Its been months. My credit record is running bad due to the incompetence of Cell C's staff.
