My data contract ended in November 2012. A sales consultant Angelique from Rewards Co sold me a new contract but did not explain to me that this was not a top up contract as my previous one. My history will show that ounce my data bundle was used up, I was unable to use the modem.

The new contract now makes you liable to pay for data used over and above the set limit. I was charged R1800 last month due to going over the limit. I addressed this and Vodacom accepted the fact that the contract was not explained to me properly after reviewing the voice tapes and claimed that the monies will be returned at the end of the month.

I have queried this and now I am given another story that they cannot refund my money and have cancelled the contract.

I want my money refunded and the contract to be cancelled.
