I migrated from a talk time to top up contract with Nashua Mobile, I was supposed to have had over 100 free minutes carried over from the previous contract and when I asked one of the consultants at head office, he said that they should carry over on my line. I phoned in 2 days ago and whoever I spoke to said that they could see that I had the minutes left over and they would process them and I should check on the 1st when I received my airtime for the top up contract. Now I've phoned to query and someone else is telling me that they don't carry over whoever processed the migration should have explained that to me.
It is not my fault that someone didn't explain what they should have, I've paid for those minutes and want them.
