Double Charged for 2 months

I renewed my contract with Nashua Mobile in March. When reviewing my contract, I chose an anytime 500 package as well as a data package for iphone. I was assured my bill would be just over R700 per month, assuming I don't go over the R500 allocated in my package. The last 2 months, my bill was over R900. When going through my statement, I noticed I have been charged TWICE for hardware subsidiary. I called Nashua Mobile THREE TIMES, put on hold for over ten minutes and never actually being able to get though to anyone. I then started calling the Sandton City branch, but five phone calls later NOBODY answers the phones! It is ridiculous that it is so impossible to get through to Nashua Mobile. I need an immediate explanation as to why I am being charged twice for hardware subsidiary.
