3RD COMPLAINT AND NO RESPONSE

I have sent about 50 emails and written 3 complaints on hello peter, I received ONE email response back asking for the account number. We signed our contract 2 and a half months ago and Telkom has still not set up our line. They called us one day last week out of the blue to say they would come and install it but gave us no prior notice to make arrangements. How are you still in business? Stop wasting time on false advertising about being able to "do everything"and actually do something? Beyond incomepentance.
