DATA DISAPPEARING ALONG WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

I spend more than an hour on the phone with Virgin, asking them how 10 whats app messages can use 25.9kb and how not even 100 whats apps can eat 200mb of data. How is it possible for data to be used by my Galaxy Y pro when my phone is on the table and all updates are set up to be done by Wifi... Virgin only tried once to phone me, send and e-mail and never followed up on my response... I also asked them to look into my account and was told that, should there be a problem, they would refund me. Since 24 July, I still had no detailed account of my data usage and billing. Funny is not funny any more and my R200 per month cellphone account is adding up and are becoming very expensive with the extra data bundels I have to buy. How can this be since I am a customer for almost 3 years and never had this problem?
