I have had many issues in the last 10 weeks. I have asked for a pole in my garden to be removed when placing this it was never dispatched. I have called the call center many times and the problem has been escalated I have spoken to two supervisors both saying they would get back to me neither have one was 2 weeks ago and the other a week ago. I was told I would be called by another supervisor in an hour I never was so I tried calling her but having no answer on either of my four tries. I did not know the legal implications and thus asked no one could help me or transfer me to the relevant department. I have already sent one hello peter I received a response swiftly but this is the only time I have ever been called from Telkom thus leading me to the conclusion that Telkom's customer care is superficial and they but on a fa? ade to bring more customers however there actually is no customer service. I have sent a complaints email a week ago with no response. I am forced to hello peter as this is the only place I will get a response from Telkom. This is not the world class service that is advertised. I have wasted a lot of my time trying to sort this out and never received a response
