Complete lack of service

We have waited two and a half months for our line to be installed, already raised a complaint on hello peter. Received one email asking for the reference number and then nothing. Today we get a call to say someone is at the house, no warning or even an email back.
Almost 3 months now with no response and absolutely no feedback.
The escalation department contacted me after I made the complaint on Hello Peter and never responded to one of my 5 follow up emails after that.
