Billing continuously after cancellation of contrac

Good day. This is the third time I am complaining about the terrible service from Telkom to Hello Peter. Still nothing has been done. I am being charged for a cancelled contract. This is now seven months from date of cancellation. I have not had an email or any kind of contact from Telkom since my first email to them in February 2013. How many times does one have to send emails and make calls before I receive a response? My account number is 130234230001 4 Barker street Melkbosstrand. Also Hello Peter has always managed to sort out any problems we have had in the past but it looks like Telkom is not one of the companies that believe in good customer relations. Good to know Neotel is competition and perhaps Telkom will actually wake up.

As previously stated I am in New Zealand for business for the next few months.
