On 24 Jul '13 I spoke to Lesley about my account. My question was about Whats app and the MB usage there off. According to him I can type 100 Whats apps per day for 30 days with 200mb. He said that he will take it up with technical support and give me a call back... 5 Aug, no call from Lesley. I phone and spoke to him again. His excuse, he gave the enquiry to his superiors and he saw the matter as resolved. He also did not send my data usage report as he promised. How can it be that for 2 years and 9 months R200 and 100mb last me a whole month and since Jul it does not last me 40 Whats apps before I need to recharge? I did not even go on my internet or face book and already used 100mb of data for just very little Whats apps in 5 days!!
I hope some one who can assist me responds, because Lesley is all talk and no action and not very helpful. After 2 hours on the phone with Virgin Mobile, the problem persist.
