5 months with no phone and mtn just take money

I got a phone brand new with a new contract and then it come faulty out of the box and i gave it back to them to repair i had to wait 3 months for my phone to come back after phoning them every day and then i got my phone back with new problems it froze up as soon as you touch the screen so i took it back again now i got i back today
and now the lights on the phone is not working the class is sticking out and there is a dent on the phone that was not there, so what must i do to get this phone fixed mtn just expects money and i dont have a phone to use i want this sorted out today by mtn or i will not pay 1c more untill you give me a working phone
