I Have a sony Experia GO on contract with Autopage. The power Button stopped working ;one cannot unlock the screen/ phone. I took the phone back to Autopage for them to repair it under the two year warenty ; I also asked them to check the back cover as it had never closed properly on the top left corner near the headphone jack since new and asked if they could fix this too. They told me that it would take 6 weeks to repair but in fact it came back within half the time. When it arrived back they had not repaired the back cover not closing properly, however I was prepared to accept this as I needed my phone back as work was about to begin and as A project manager I need my smart phone to communicate with teams around the country.. The repair statement doesn't match why the phone was sent for repairs.
When I used the headphones I found the cover and seal were glued closed and now will not close again.
Head office wont give me a loan phone while they repair and won't repalce the phone either - their excuse is I don't spend enough on my contract monthly! It is a smart phone used for business, but they don't care!!!
the phone was sent to a SONY autherised repair center! NICE GUARENTEE?
