Repaired phone not fixed within 6weeks as promised

I handed my phone in for repair and I was told it would be finished within 4-6 weeks. I have been waiting now for MORE THAN 8 WEEKS. They keep on telling me the phone is at MTN as they are the supplier and that they will let me know when it will be fixed. They never give me feedback and I need to call THEM each and every time in order to find out how far my phone is!!! They never give me feedback what so ever. I even laid a complaint after being fed up, they supplied me with a reference number and said they will contact me within 24 hrs. Once again I had to contact them for feedback with regards to my complaint. Still no phone and no feedback with regards to when I will receive my repaired phone.
Starting to wonder if they have not lost my phone somehow and now don't know what to tell me!!!
Pathetic!!! They are really pathetic. Worst of all is that this is the second time the exact same story happened to me with regards to a repair of a phone since being a customer with Autopage. Same lame old stories over and over again.
Wont recommend them to anyone else. Rather go to the supplier themselves!!!
