Billed for line not working

I ordered a line and a person came to install it. He left without being able to activate it. The next day (19th July) I received an sms stating that the line was activated and would be charged. I immediately raised a fault (32CRZ230713) and alerted telkom that the line didnt work, and that I wanted them to reverse the activation until the line was working, which they said they would do that. The line was properly installed and working on the 30th July.

When I received my bill, I was charged from the 18th of July, so It seems that the person did not reverse the activation. Please reverse the charges for the period when the line was not installed and send me an updated invoice.
