I purchased an I-phone 5 online. only used it for 2 days then it was damaged. Had problems returning as it took for ever for someone to pick it up. Spoke to different people who were either rude, clueless or just lazy to do their job. Eventually i spoke to a lady by the name of Sue Naidoo who promised to resolve my query. She promised that i would get my new phone on 05/08/13.Still sitting without a phone, explanation or appology. My account has been debited but i still have no Joy. This morning i spoke to a call centre rep who laughed at me as i referred to the device as being 'dead'(Sne Sibeko). i'm angry, disgusted and disssapointed by the kind of services you offer and the calibre of people you employ. I need this query resolved ASAP!!! as i'm thinking of taking legal action. Janel Lottering was also rude and incompetent.
