Payment made, Promises not kept

I have paid my account on the 5th already, promises were made all over the show that I will be helped, instead I get bad attitudes and. They promised me that they have sent the request to remove me from ITC on the 7th, but also that was a lie. I spoke to people at Mr Price headoffice that referred me to Mariana, I left messages and they promised again she will phone me me back and get this sorted out, but again a lie... It just seems that these people want you to pay and then you can go to! ITC has not received any request from them, and when I phone to ask please help me, they just keep transferring me to other people, I have spent more than 7 hours on the phone with these people without anything being done. Also I have sent numerous emails with not even one reply. Last week I spoke to someone who said everybody and that is has been sent through on Wednesday, not the 7Th, but even now there is no record on ITC's side. I phoned 5 times already this morning, but they keep transferring and then drop the line
