I have been having problems getting a query resolved ever since first week of june. I spoke to so many different individuals who couldnt even follow up on what they had promised me. I spoke to Nokuthula this morning and wow i am impressed. She loves her job and listens before she speaks. I loved the fact that she got back to me ensure that i was assisted.
