We purchased a new prepaid handset. Our 4th. At the time of receipt, the box was open. I specifically told the sales assistant I do not mind an open box as long as the phone is not faulty. It is now 3 weeks later the phone has been faulty since day one, there are no replacement phones and nobody is making a plan to sort our problem out. 3 weeks and our representative does not have a phone line. Just not good enough.
