After logging a complaint about Telkom just over a month ago we seem to be having the same problem AGAIN. This time our phone line and internet is down. The house alarm is affected as well. I have someone waiting at my house for the technician should they need to go onto our premises and was told that I would be contacted by a technician over 2 hours ago. We cannot let this turn into 2 weeks again as my husband conducts his business from home. Please sort out today as promised while there is someone there.
