Cell c deducting money without my permission

After settling and closing my cell c accounts 3 months ago, cell c still deduct large amounts of money every month from my bank account. I've called cell c and tried to find out what's going on but the operators can't tell me what's the problem. Every time I go and reverse the money at my bank but still must pay a penalty for reversing the money. The large amounts of money cell c deducts doesn't even make sense of how they get to that amounts. I tried everything to stop this but cell c still deduct as they likes. Please help.!
