LACK OF SERVICE AND FEEDBACK

On the 13th of August I phoned the Cell C call centre with the aim of moving my current expired contract with Vodacom to Cell c with the intention of porting my number, the lady advised me (email above) that I could have the Samsung Galaxy Mini S4 on a top up contract package for 24 months, where I would get R100 worth of airtime, 100 sms and 300mb, upon which I could top up the airtime when I am out of bundle. I EMAILED her the bank statements, salary slip etc on the same day. I have not received feedback as to the status of my contract and whats happening, this is unacceptable level of service so much of moving from Vodacom, I thought I would get a better service at Cellc, so dissapponted
