Contracy Expire - Still deduct money''

My frriend Mr James Biggs had a Cellular contract with Autopage Altech that expired the end of December 2012. He went to cancelled the contract. Untill the end of March they still deducted money. He went to see them and they said that they will pay back the money they over deduct. Attached letter they send him. Till date he did not received the outstanding R800.00 and everytime he phone them they have excusses
