Hallo Peter

platinum creditcard corporation took money out of my savingsaccount forfive months. I phoned them in april and they promised to refund.the callcentre is not even answering and also not responding to emails. The accountholder according to them is sydney khoza. I think that is he used my money and they dont want to refund.hope you can help me. They promise to refund me at 22 July after 21 working days according to the finance dept but no respond up to now.
