I upgraded my phone in January 2013 from black berry torch to an iPhone 5. However still to date I'm being billed for BIS. This is absolute rubbish as I am paying for a service I'm not using. I actually wonder why this was never picked up by MTN. Soon as my contract ends I will no longer be with MTN. Worse part the supervisor that I spoke to didn't care. The ref number for the call is 102914307 on the 08/08/2013. I am actually speaking with my lawyers to take the matter further. It is what they are doing.
