My daughter in law made a complaint against Vodacom for me and she went to take out 2 contracts on my name a phone for me and for her and the my son gets billed for it now about a month back on last billing we noticed that we are paying for 2 black berry contract R180 but only received one and a nokia that cost R899 at game but still paying R180 where we asked for the nokia but on a R59 contract so a month ago we reported this and we were told that they will resolve this matter by giving us a black berry or sorting the billing out and they have phoned us but nothing has been resolved as yet and I am getting tired of people jerking us innocent people around so I really want resolve this matter asap so please get in contact with me
