I have an 8ta internet contract, my house is fully within their coverage zone and for the past year we have had excellent internet speeds at all times of day.
For the last month however, during the day we have okay-ish speeds but a lot slower than before.
From 16h30 the speeds drop to below dial-up. It's effectively useless.
We have excellent signal strength but no speed.
The latency is so high that even Google's homepage doesn't load, you can forget about watching youtube...
The people at the nearest store/service centre seem unable or unwilling to help!
I'm not getting what I'm paying for and unless this can be resolved I will have to move to another service provider.
