Good Evening

Please answer the following questions as honestly as possible:

I would like to know why my statements at the end of each month always differ in amounts, even though I have top up contracts with a set amount to be debited each month?

I would like to know why internet goes down every 20 to 30 minutes, and also why it slows down to a speed of roughly 4kbps?

I would like to know why my phones never have signal when I am at work, in central Cape Town, even when my boss who is also on mtn has full signal?

I would like to know why when I call customer care to ask these questions I have the call center agent tell me? don't have time for this! " and then the phone put down in my face?

I would like to know why even though I have reported the majority of these complains to mtn, I have never received a solution or even an apology.

This is highly unprofessional, and I have officially had enough of this myself."..
