Lack of Response from and Poor Customer Service

As a contract holder with a number of products, for more than 15 years I am been treated by Vodocom with disregard and disrespect. My last upgrade to a blackberry 9360 has been giving me endless problems. I have not received any benefit from my contract for the past year. I have been living in Durban for the past 3 years and every trip to Johannesburg I tried to resolve the issues in terms of faulty equipment via your Vodocom store at Cresta & they in turn passed it on to your Midrand head-office repair centre without resolving the problem. December 2012 it went back in for repairs - i then requested a new handset as I have been paying insurance which I duly received However when I got him I discovered the equipment was not charging properly and kept on switching off I called my contact Vincent straight away to inform him of the problem - He confirmed that I will receive a new handset within 48 hours of exchange confirming it with his head-office. 6 months down the line this has still not been done - so in fact I have been paying for a solid year for a handset and BIS and insurance which I have not benefit of - A very annoyed and angry customer!
