Need to pay for their F'ups

Oct 2012, First month with Telkom ADSL with a debit agreement for R400 in total that's R310Adsl & R90 for calls. 9 Months later slapt with a R1204 bill with my line being suspended for the arrears. Been taken for a ride by customer service idoits not knowing what to do just that i must pay the arrears before going online. Only to find out I'm 3months into this contract & being charged for a suspended acount July 2013. Received a R499 rebatt for what I don't know with my suspended account now standing at R1, 602.10. Please HELP.
