Repairs/Servicing is of the lowest!!!

For the past 3 weeks i've been having problems with my Internet service. the 1st week it was sorted till the next tue, then a technician came out and it was working till fri past.
i'Ve been phoning telkom since sat but my complaint was only laid yesterday when i called for the second time..then my Internet was up and running but only for an hour

In appalled and disgusted with telkoms service!! i want this matter sorted out PERMANENTLY! or i will be forced to seek another more reliable Internet provide
