I bought a prepaid 3g stick from Incredible connection in Dec and it was the worst decision I ever made!! I have had endless issues since I bought it with airtime not reflecting for days at times, the cherry on top was yesterday when I bought R275 from an atm and then went home and went online to convert it to take advantage of the promotional bundles which seem to be available only online. The recharge did not reflect and I went onto online chat to try solve it, but that was too slow so I removed the sim and called customer care to ask for assistance, first I was told there'd been no recharge so I asked for a supervisor who then saw that I had indeed recharged but the airtime had been depleted by my attempts at converting apparently.i was then given excuses abt automatic updates from my laptop and cellphone but all I can see is that Vodacom my money-it is daylight, R275 gone within a few minutes! The service at the call centre is horrendous & your coverage even worse, data gets used within seconds, but it is clearly MY fault for having bought a Vodacom 3g stick. I am horrified and disgusted and feel cheated!! Pls mail me as that sim is only used for 3g & my cell is MTN
