On the 14/7/2013 I purchased R275.00 airtime via internet banking as there was no option to purchase a data bundle I had to purchase airtime to convert to data bundle. As my internet stick is plugged into my laptop I had to call the vodacom customer service for help to do this as i only know how to purchase on my phone. I was put threw to a lady for help to purchase via the laptop she informed me that i need to go onto the vodacom website to purchse as i didnt have an account I needed to Register my number in order to purchase my bundle she informed me that there would be charges which i understood. after i had register which was approximately 3mins i was able to log on to my account which i had created an purchase a data bundle. I was given a list of options to choose for i selected the 800mb which was R269 as i couldnt select 1 gig as i had wanted to. I selected 800meg it said i had insuffient fund when i checked my balance after that i had R153 remaining which means for the 3 minutes where i was attempting to purchase a data bundle i was charged R122 Which i was told is correct if i had know i would have made another plan to do the transfer! vodacom are . disgusted!!!
