Hi I took a black berry contract with the service provider and the agreement was that they will repair or provide a replacement handset if it cant be repaired my handset was book for repairs in march 2013 the the phone was still not working properly in july 2013 it was again sent for repairs to the service provider when it was returned they have changed only the cassing with a sub standard cassing and the buttons was all crooked I refused to accept the hand set it was send back to the repair centre and wasn't returned unattended to and I was only informed thst the the original casing for my phone was not available any more this is according to me a breach of the agreement this os also not the only problem I had with the provider as they also kep messing with the billing of my account since january 2013
