I must applaud MTN in the sneaky manner in which they mislead and to their customers. On 20 July 2013 i had upgraded my contract which was already a year overdue for upgrade. This was due to me awaiting a handset to my liking. Upon visiting MTN and asking for the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, i was told it was not available and would only be released late November at the earliest. I was advised that the next best option was the S3 mini. Being in desperate need for a new handset i took the S3 option. To my surprise and disappointment the S4 comes on promo 1 August on the exact same package i was sold the S3. The sales lady at the store told me theres nothing i can do and if im not happy i can call MTN direct. Upon calling MTN, i had to spend 2 hours in phone calls and just be pushed form one person to the next and that is if they didn't cut the call on me and when i asked for refernce numbers for the calls i was never given one. Thanks MTN for being the biggest liars and schemers i have ever come across. You'll are really skillfull in doing your clients down and avoiding them when you'll are found out. Nobody does it better than you guys.
