High level of Incompetence from Vodacom

I have received the worst service, from a once trusted 'service provider'. It is with great disappointment that I write this complaint. I ordered something over the net (as I am too busy, to go into stores). 5-7 days later, the device was delivered... But the sim card was incorrect (this is two weeks back). I sent an email to the consultant I was dealing with, and he assured me the problem would be dealt with.
I've since then, been sent from pillar to post without any assistance. I find this highly unprofessional and absolutely annoying, more so because they have the 14days clause (that if something is not working in that period, you can return it). 2 weeks later, I haven't had the chance to use the device and this is an inconvenience, as I bought the device because I need it. No one has been able to help me, and no one has been able to give me an indication on how quickly this can be dealt with. If this is the kind of service Vodacom now provides, then I want nothing to do with them. This is highly disappointing
