After months of poor signal i finally managed to get hold of 8ta technical who sent a person to my house. That person agreed and escalated the problem and another technical person came out. He said that the signal was reasonable but I should get a faster "dongle" I went to 8ta "The Glen" and enquired about a better dongle and why did I not receive a newer dongle when I migrated from Telkom. They said it was only contract customers that got a dongle and I pointed out that I am a contract customer. I was then told they couldnt tell me why and got annoyed with me when I insisted they tell me. The sales person Jento (or something like that) started screaming at me in front of a lot of other customers. He told me to get another dongle from C N A. At that point I asked him for his name. His answer was "it doesnt matter" I asked another staff member to give me this persons name. She refused. Eventually the "manager" came in. She reluctantly gave me her name and the salesman. I called Headoffice and even though they called me and told me they would do something about this matter, the promised feedback has not happened. Look at the 99 pages of complaints!!! Dont use this company!
