8ta fails to help after several months

Please help me here as I don't know where to go anymore!
After various attempts with technical guys from 8ta, 2 stores, emailing social@ 8ta and Tm-Soc and even on Facebook as this was the only reply I ever got from 8ta etc. My usb dongle is faulty and 4of their technicians came to my home and never tested the dongle, I took it in to 8ta Woodlands and it was confirmed to have signal. The problem was nit signal related, it was hardware/software failure as it does not download anything. When I took it in again to Hatfield it was already out of warranty, I never got a quote but a sms stating I must pay R188 cause the repairs cost is greater than the dongle itself, an email from 8ta that states "question now if he was able to notice that the modem is faulty what took him so long to go & book the device because he mentioned that on his comments below." When I told them this has been ongoing for more than a year. I have emails on emails and job number to verify all this! Im paying every month for services I dont have! Always someone new that knows nothing! Its been going on from before June 2012...
