MTN Problem Persists

Original post: A few Months ago i went in to an MTN store to cancel the contract i have with them.
I spoke to the store clerk and we then phoned the MTN help line from the store and got a price on how much it would be to cancel. I was then given banking details of MTN and told to Deposit the money in that account with my cell phone number as the reference, I made the Deposit about 5 months ago now and MTN is still debiting my account every month?
