No service and not wanting to cancel my contract

This is my third report, after who knows how many phone calls, emails and Facebook messages. Not to mention the amount of times I had to drive to an MTN store. All I want now is to cancel my contract. I want NOTHING to do with MTN.

I keep on getting offered sincere apologies for the bad service, but still no one is sorting out my problem. Can someone at MTN please assist me in cancelling my contract? And no, I will not pay the exorbitant amount that you quoted me, which amounts to more than if I just let my account run out. Surely you can do better than that. I will no longer be using your services. I would like to pay the money's due for the phone and that's it.

(and do not try to contact me on my MTN contact number as I am no longer using this number because of your pathetic service)
