I am really unhappy about you sending me a refurbished phone after I gave my NEW IPhone4 in for repairs to you last week. We have a lovely lady in our office, Nolwazi, who handles all of our MTN accounts (mine is a business phone). She reported to me my 'new' phone was infact a refurbished one. This is a poor reflection on Apple... and MTN... your products are expensive, and customers deserve replacements not refurbs!
