No response from Gentlemen after numerous attempts

I concluded a contract with this store with this gentlemen last week Friday 02/08/2013. He convinced me to change my contract from a MTN Anytime 200 Contract to a top up option. He mentioned that the data will drop from 350Mb to 300Mb. What he failed to mention was that they will remove the 200 SMS's as well as reduce the airtime as remove the 30 minutes MTN to MTN calls. I instructed him within the 24hrs cooling off period to cancel this Top up and re-instate the original requirement. He mentioned to me last Saturday that the head-office staff are not there and that he will deal with it on Monday 05/08/2013. I spoke to him on Monday and he said Head-Office will handle it from there. I have now tried everyday this week to get hold of him and he simply does not take my calls or respond to my calls. In fact his cell phone has been off the entire week. This is unacceptable for a company of MTN stature, of which i have been a client for many years.
