Courie service is unacceptable

Good Day

I have taken out a second contract with cell c for my wife.
The courier was at my office but couldn't get hold of me because he didn't contact me on my cellphone.
He simply just ask reception to get hold of me.
Reception tried to get hold of me but couldn't because I wasn't at my desk but I do have my cellphone with me 24 7. He also instructed that he would be here on Monday, but he wasn't.

If I don't receive the phone tomorrow, then I will cancel my contract with you and simply move to a competitor.
I'm tired of this service
