Incorrect Deal Issued

My wife renewed her contract on 1 December at MTN Ballito Lifestyle centre. The sales person sold us the Samsung Galaxy S4 contract which is supposed to include 350MB for R489.00 as per the website the following should be included: 60 on-net minutes 300 on-net sms 50 AnyTime SMSs Value is R 350.00 350MB

When checking our data balances we noticed none of these features were active on her phone and she was loaded with the same deal she had before.

We phoned the store on 17 Dec and spoke to Julian he said he would look into it, this had no result not even a phone call back.
Phoned again on 18 Dec again and spoke to Zane he said he would look into this no result not event a phone call back.

We simply want the deal that we were sold which is :

MTN Anytime 350
60 on-net minutes 300 on-net sms 50 AnyTime SMSs Value is R 350.00 350MB
