BEWARE OF VODACOM AND NON REFUNDERS!

We recently discovered that there were 3 types of done on my husband's portfolio. We realized in April 2013 when Nicolette Van Wyk from Vodacom Rusten called my hubby to adv that there's someone at their branch wantingf to take out a 3rd line as we only have 2 "Pre paid 135 contracts". We adv her not to proceed with 3rd contract and we did affidavit and we faxed it to her and my husband's correct id and we were assured that they wouldn't open that contract. We later called 111 and they adv that the 3rd contract was opened the prev day before Nicollette called us - We told them to investigat we want that line cxd and matter investigated. We were ref to A Pule Mokoena whom we had to consistently call for updates. Eventually when we called he adv that he was not in dept. but he just does assessing to see if matter warrants investigation. He then told us a Maria or Miriam would be calling us. We also had to call her for feedbacks and she was sometimes not at work. In June they adv they closed it. We found again on our 2nd line where this person was given a laptop and they also changed line to a data line from Top up. Matebo Tladi investigator still hasn't caled us
