DOES "TO ESCALATE" MEAN FILE 13 CELL C???

I am only allowed to write 1 report every 5 days. You Cell C, reply to my complaint by saying "the matter has been escalated, someone will contact me" and THEN!!! nothing happens. You create the impression on the website that you have answered the complaint, when in fact the problem has not even been addressed, customer has not been contacted, and you move on with your "copy and paste" replies. Shame on you! Show some respect to your customer, without customers, any Company is an empty shell. Watch the movie "A Bug's Life". It only take one Ant, to bring down a Colony. Never ever take anything for granted. What one have today, also might be gone tomorrow. Respect customers, listen to them, after all, they pay your salaries. I will continue to post a complaint every 5 days.
