Cell C
And Empty Promise still waiting for feed back

2 weeks back i wrote a complaint on hello peter about cell c a day later a lady contacted me to ask me what happened but still today nothing has been resolved, you know what CELL C is disrespecting me and taking me for granted i might sound green but I'm definitely not a cabbage and don't appreciate being treated like one

How can they take more than 2 weeks to resolve my issue i swear I'm going to takr this to the papers i want to report this, they have bad customer service and do'nt know the value of a customer, I'm being treated like an i want nothing that has to do with Cell C, I'm going to let my friends and family know about the poor service i've received from Cell C i won't recommend anyone join the Cell C family

I regret having to take a contract with them and in fact i want to pay off the remaining balance and if they can just close off my account cause i see no reason why i should continue doing business with them cause its obvious i'm being treated like an and being told one after anothe
