I am utterly appalled at the disgraceful way in which this branch neglects it's customers! Kelly, a supposed service consultant who was on call with me, decided to gossip and bad mouth me as customer to her colleagues while I was on hold. To which I overheard everything and when confronted, was not even apologetic. Francois, the supervisor with little empathy assisted to a point. Stephan, the Branch Manager was meant to return my call 6 days ago!!!

The fact that these unskilled and untrained staff deal with paying customers is negative on Cell C's part! As a loyal customer, one does not expect this! My Samsung S2 went in for repairs with no feedback or explanation from the staff. All they can say it will cost R2064.00! Told to complete an "incident report" on a manufacturing problem! Go figure!!!

Watch out Cell C Customers... they think absolutely nothing of you... walk into that store and you will find everyone sitting at the back chatting and fooling around!!!

This branch and staff is an absolute joke with no sense of pride or respect for paying customers!
