Cell C
Shocking service

I have been into the Cell C store at Lakeside Mall a few times in the last few months. On every single occasion, the service was truly horrific. On one occasion, when enquiring about the renewal/ termination of an expiring contract, I waited for almost an hour to speak to a salesperson. When I did (eventually) get served, the woman dealing with my query was so rude and uninterested that I was amazed she had bothered to come into work at all. She did not know a single useful fact regarding upgrades or new contracts and was unwilling to talk to me about any of my options. I was so unimpressed that I decided to terminate my contract. After waiting another 20 minutes for my form to be processed, I was informed that I would have service for the next 30 days. 10 days after that, I was cut off after "my contract had expired". On a separate occasion the store carried no stock of any type of BlackBerry battery. I will never be using Cell C again.
